Solution Remove PDF printer entries from your computer, download the new PDF drivers, and then download and run the Create PDF Printer utility. In the Print Management dialog's left navigation bar, click Print Servers > [User's computer name] > Printers. Having the same issue every time I simply open the compression web page (Adobe Acrobat Home).The issues with the web tools actually started for me with the "Combine Files" feature and the compression worked a while afterwards, but neither is working now.
