These toll rate increases are from the respective toll agencies listed below and are not the monthly service rates from PrePass. Please review the affected toll increases and contact Customer Support at PrePass if you have any questions. January 1, 2025 – Toll Rates to Increase NJ – New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway – 3% increase. NY – Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge – $0.50 increase. Toll rates across the Thruway will remain the same as they were in 2024. OH – Ohio Turnpike – average of 7.8% increase for commercial vehicles. OK – Oklahoma Turnpike Authority – 15% increase in 2025; 6% increase each year after, starting in 2027. VA – Elizabeth River Tunnels – Downtown and Midtown tunnels – For heavy vehicles with an E-ZPass, the toll rate during off-peak hours will increase by 23 cents, from $6.77 to $7 per trip. During peak hours, the rate for heavy vehicles with an E-ZPass will increase by $1.62, from $11.28 to $12.90 per trip. WV – West Virginia Turnpike – $0.25 increase.
