That is why we offer tools that let you customize workspaces to match your brand. Customizing the look of your workspaces is easy.First, make sure your logo is properly formatted. Supported file formats for logos include PNG, JPG, and GIF. PNG or GIF is best because they support transparent backgrounds, which will allow your custom color to show through. Your logo will automatically be resized to fit approximately 165 pixels wide by 40 pixels tall. Make sure you remove any empty space around your logo before uploading.With your logo ready, you can either customize an individual workspace or change the default theme for your entire account. To customize a single workspace, go into the workspace you want to change. Hover over the logo in the upper left-hand corner until the gear icon appears. Click the gear and an upload button will appear. Click “Upload”, navigate to your logo image file, and select it. Your logo will now appear in your workspace.To change the color of your workspace, click the paint bucket in the workspace header. A color chart will pop up. You can either choose one of the available colors or enter a hex code to precisely match the background to your brand's color. From this window, you can also add a hex code to customize the color of the links in your workspace.You can also change the default theme for all of your Onehub workspaces to feature your branding. Go to the account settings and click on “Theme” from the sidebar. From here, you can upload a new default logo, pick default colors, as well as select which pages will be enabled by default in new workspaces.Customizing your Onehub workspaces doesn't just end with logos and colors. By adding custom domain and white label capabilities, you can have your Onehub account accessible from your own domain. This removes all Onehub branding from your workspaces and lets you collaborate online from a web address you control.
