Here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:Steps to Resolve Cartridge Communication ErrorVerify Cartridge Authenticity: Ensure you are using genuine HP cartridges compatible with your OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer. If you're using refilled or third-party cartridges, they may no longer be supported after the firmware update. use the HP genuine cartridgesReinstall the Cartridges: Turn off the printer and unplug it. Open the cartridge access door and remove all cartridges. Clean the gold-colored contacts on the cartridges and the corresponding contacts inside the printer using a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water. Reinstall the cartridges and close the access door.Reset the Printer: Disconnect the printer from the power source and wait for at least 60 seconds.
