When you upload something on Dropbox, the full file is uploaded only the first time. From the next time onwards, only the changes that you make to your files are synced. This results in lightning fast sync time with less data usage. This is one of the main reasons behind using Dropbox. My other favorite thing about Dropbox is it is compatible with almost every other service that I use. I use services like Zapier to automate my workflows. All my writing is done on the Ulysses app and that also syncs with my Dropbox.
