I got mine working. I went to the site and support has ended but I downloaded the latest driver. I ran it by right clicking and then running as admin. It didn't install at first and windows prompted me to reinstall with their recommended settings. Then it prompted me to plug in camera. Then I installed the pc cam center and web monitor. I lost the disk but I found downloads and can send to you if needed. I restarted of and it works great. I only use it for video chat and monitoring.
