I have my computer as well as 3 other computers in my environment where chrome stops responding for about 25 seconds while trying to generate the print preview. I have removed all extensions, The cloud printing flag is no longer a configurable option, I Have removed and re-installed chrome to no avail. I have even re-mapped my printers and tried both PCL and PS drivers. I’m following this, because I have the same issue. I hope someone comes along with a fix.
