It is a 8 bit palletized image with less than 256 colours using NO COMPRESSION. Repacking it again with Irfanview, for instance, fixes it and reduces filesize from 1.3MB to 620 KB, using LZW compression and 550.2KB using DEFLATE (ZIP) compression.I don't know why XnView fails to load it though.
