It's configured to watch my recipe database files and if there are any changes it puts one copy on my local USB backup drive, and emails another copy to my GMail account. I have it running at login and checking for changes once per day, and it's working great so far. The FTP backup works but I need to find an FTP provider with better prices for space before I use it more. I'm sure I'll use it for other important files too. Easy to use, so I recommend it!
