Download karma

I'm using Impulse to download DeskScapes 3 but all I get is the "Preparing download" message with no actual download. Why ? I renewed my Object Desktop subscription on the 8th of November this year; please don't tell me I now need to pay again........... I can't download the final release either. The 3.0 version showed up briefly for me this AM in Impulse, but then disappeared after a reboot. All I can see in Impulse now is the beta version released on 11/19, but I can't download that - it errors out. Is there a way to clear the available programs cache? Delphics subtle lens flare is included in the EFP version and the gamma version. Hopefully that makes sense.
